For up-to the minute rates, you should contact the local RBC Royal Bank branches, but even then, the rates can only be guaranteed at the time the purchase or sale is conducted. In addition, the bank adds service fees of $3.00 per currency when non RBC Royal Bank clients exchange foreign currency for Canadian dollars.
